How do I pick up an ecard that somebody sent me?
Typically you can simply click the link in the email that notified you about your eCard. However, you can also visit the Pick Up eCard page and enter the Card ID number.
How do I know if the eCard I sent has been viewed?
You can look in your eCard History to see a list of all eCards you have sent and which ones have been viewed. Additionally, when you send an eCard you have the option to check a box enabling you to be notified when the recipient views their card.
What can I do if my eCard is not received?
If one of your eCards has not been viewed and you suspect the recipient did not receive the eCard notification email then you might want to send the intended recipient an email from you notifying them they have an eCard. Since the notification is coming directly from you it is far less likely to get caught in a spam filter. Be sure to send them the eCard pickup url:
Also, be sure to tell them the ID of the eCard you sent. You can find the ID of the eCard you sent in your eCard History.

Login, browse eCards, click the image of an eCard you want to preview and then click the "personalize & send" button.
