"ROAD TO FREEDOM" is an original acrylic painting by Kip Garlock, resident of the Empire State, New York. Kip is a Quadriplegic as a result of an accident while working on his farm in 1979. He paints using splints strapped to his hand and arm. Kip uses his mouth to change and position the brushes as he creates his artwork.
