"SPARKLE" is an original photographic and computer designed portrait by Juanita Reed, resident of the Volunteer State, Tennessee. Juanita contracted Bulbar-Paralytic Polio in 1956 that left her with limited body movement. Juanita is dependent on a wheelchair and is a self-taught artist.
